During the trial we may record that a person has already used their single trial and which opportunities were sent to them, only to the extent necessary to administer the Service.

We use your information to manage trial requests, activate and administer access plans, verify payments, respond to inquiries, coordinate opportunities, connect users with Hard Money Lenders or service contacts upon request, and maintain operational, accounting and security records.

When you voluntarily contact us via WhatsApp, you authorize Off-Market by Waldo to reply to you and send you communications related to opportunities, services and news from Off-Market by Waldo. You may request at any time to stop receiving these communications, and we will honor your request. To do so, message us “STOP” on WhatsApp or write to info@offmarketbywaldo.com.

3. WhatsApp: Private Channel, Broadcast List and Direct Conversations

Off-Market by Waldo uses WhatsApp in three distinct ways: paid plans (Deal Access and Deal Strategy) receive opportunities through our private WhatsApp channel; the 5-deal trial is delivered through a WhatsApp broadcast list, not through the channel; and inquiries are handled through direct conversation.

The phone number you provide may be used to deliver the 5 trial deals. To receive the trial correctly, you may need to save Waldo’s contact on your phone, since WhatsApp only delivers broadcast list messages to people who have saved the sender’s contact.

After you voluntarily initiate contact, we may continue sending you communications related to Off-Market by Waldo until you ask us to stop.

We will not claim that we can identify every follower of the channel or access information that WhatsApp does not provide to us.

4. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share information in the following cases:

• Stripe: to process payments securely.
• WhatsApp (Meta): for the distribution of opportunities and communications through the messaging platform.
• Hard Money Lenders and remodeling or rehab contacts: when you request an introduction, we may share only the information necessary to make that introduction and coordination, with your authorization. Those third parties process the information under their own policies and terms.
• Legal obligations: when required by law or court order.

5. Payments

Online payments for Deal Access and Deal Strategy are processed through Stripe. We may retain confirmations, amounts, transaction identifiers and other records necessary to administer access, accounting, fraud prevention and disputes.

When an exceptional closing-fee arrangement is approved for a specific transaction, we may retain the records necessary to document that payment and the corresponding transaction.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. Online payments for Deal Access and Deal Strategy are processed through Stripe, which complies with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
